Kind reminder: underwear, socks, and final-sale items can’t be returned or exchanged.

To help us keep things fresh and fair for everyone, please make sure items are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In their original packaging (returns can’t be accepted without it)

🚚 Shipping & Fees

  • For customers in Australia, Canada, Singapore, the US, and the UK:
    You can return items to your local warehouse.
    The only cost is return postage, automatically calculated based on your drop-off location.
    💡 No extra handling fees.

  • For customers outside these regions:
    Please email us at official@thefamilyprints.com — we’ll help you find the best return option.

🩵 If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover all shipping costs and make it right with a free replacement or full refund.


💳 Refunds Made Simple

  • Using our return label: We’ll process your refund within 2 business days of receiving your item.
  • Using your own label: Email your tracking number to official@thefamilyprints.com to speed things up.
    (Self-labeled returns may take up to 30 days to process.)

 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and typically appear within 5–7 business days.
